The patient couldn’t hear at all before but he/she can hear now. Auditory nerve regeneration hearing impairment treatment at Cheong-Min Clinic

The patient came in for hearing impairment which occurred 3 year ago when he/she woke up.

Currently, he/she is using a hearing aid on the left side, but he/she can not hear.

There was some dizziness.

He/she had an eardrum injection at another hospital.

Rhinitis has also been confirmed.

Cheong-Min Clinic, located in South Korea, treated this patient with auditory nerve regeneration treatment twice in a row.

A puretone audiometry test was done.

(A test to find the volume of the first sound heard.

The smaller the number, the better the ears hear.)

Left side, by frequency,

500hertz: 70–>70–>55 (15decibels improvement)

1000hertz: 75–>65–>55 (20decibels improvement)

2000hertz: 80–>70–>70 (10decibels improvement)

A change of more than 5 decibels is a significant improvement out of the tolerance range!

This patient significantly improved in only two treatments.

The patient said he/she you can hear better than before!!

After the treatment, sounds were so loud that he/she reduced the volume of the hearing aid.

The speech discrimination score was checked.

(It is a test to determine the ability to understand speech when you hear a loud enough sound)

(The larger the number, the better the hearing.)

It increased from 0–>2–>6The patient, who couldn’t understand at all, began to understand the meaning of the words.

In other words, a person who was able to understand only by looking by reading lips can now make conversation after the treatment.

We planned to do one or two more treatments and stop, then additional treatment.

*Sometimes, many people ask if this is true but all of the cases here are improved hearing cases and there is no fabrication or misrepresentation at all.

In their 60’s, tinnitus for many years, Cheong-Min Clinic regenerative therapy

This patient came in for tinnitus (ear ringing) which lasted for many years.

Suspected blood circulation disorder and also rhinitis.

The tinnitus on the right is particularly severe, and there is hearing impairment on both sides.

Cheong-Min Clinic has performed one regenerative therapy.

The following is a puretone audiometry test.

(A test to see the hearing threshold, a test to find the volume of the first sound heard from a quiet sound.

In this puretone audiometry test, the smaller the number, the better the ears hear.

Before and after treatment, a change of more than 10 decibels is a ‘real’ change out of the tolerance range.

 Right side,

At 500 hertz 30–>10 improved 20 decibels

At 2000 hertz 25–> 15 improved 10 decibels

At 6000 hertz 80–>65 improved 15 decibels

 Left side

At 6000 hertz 50–> 40 improved 10 decibels

A speech discrimination test was done.

(A speech discrimination test lets the subject hear the uttermost volume within a comfortable level and match the meaning of words.

In other words, it is a test to see the ability to understand speech when you hear a loud enough sound,

(In the speech discrimination score, the larger the number, the better the hearing.)

For the speech discrimination score, there is a slight difference between researchers, but generally, more than 6 changes are regarded as meaningful changes out of the tolerance range.

There was a significant improvement in a patient before treatment of 30 to 37 after treatment.

My tinnitus and hearing impairment, which made me ask for people to repeat themselves, got better after treatment at Cheong-Min Clinic.

This patient had buzzing tinnitus and hearing impairment that lasted for 5 years as well as dizziness.

When using a cell phone, his/her ears hurt.

He/she was exposed to a loud noise.

We performed puretone audiometry after 2 nerve regeneration treatments.

Right side,

At 6K (6,000 hertz), 35 before the treatment -> 25 after the treatment, improvement of 10 decibels

At 8K (8,000 hertz), 45 before the treatment -> 30 after the treatment, improvement of 15 decibels

Left side

At 6K(6,000hertz), 60 before the treatment–> 50 after the treatment, improvement of 10 decibels

(A change of more than 5 decibels is considered significant because it is outside the tolerance range.)

This patient’s speech discrimination score increased from 33 points to 39 points before treatment.

This kind of tinnitus can only be improved if hearing impairment gets better.

In fact, this patient’s tinnitus has been reduced.

The patient was treated at the Cheong-Min Clinic for tinnitus, hearing impairment, and the need for people to repeat themselves that had lasted for 5 years.

The patient is in late 30s.

He/she constantly asked people to repeat themselves due to tinnitus and hearing impairment for about 5 years.

You can see that the number was reduced by 15 in 6K and 8K after treatment compared to before treatment.

This means there was a hearing improvement of 15 decibels.

(A change of more than 5 decibels is considered significant because it is outside the tolerance range.)

Several years of tinnitus on the right side, improved after one treatment

The patient’s tinnitus got worse after being treated at other hospitals due to the tinnitus that occurred so many years ago.

The patient went to the oriental medicine clinic, but it did not work, and tinnitus rehabilitation therapy and sound therapy didn’t work either.

It was more difficult on him/her in noisy places.

This patient’s tinnitus was judged to be due to right side high-frequency hearing loss.

Cheong-Min Clinic planed regenerative therapy for high frequency hearing impairment, and treated him/her.

You can see that the numbers on the right 6K and 8K are reduced by 10,15 respectively.

(The smaller the number, the better hearing is.)

This is the hearing improvement in the high frequency range.

The tinnitus also got better the next day after treatment.
